what happy thoughts squad families say about us

Sarah & Hope

★★★★★

Happy Thoughts Squad has helped my daughter so much with her confidence and emotions. The box that Hope received had a selection of fantastic resources in that she loves and uses everyday, especially her journal.

Thank you Happy Thoughts Squad, you have helped both of us so much. Especially with becoming closer. We now do a lot more together.

I really enjoyed sharing the box with my daughter & said to her “ I wish we had this for girls when I was younger “ . We both got excited to see what goodies were in the box. The boxes are quirky and a great mix of fun things to do with your daughter. We loved the cookies and conversation starter card especially, she feels more confident to tell me things now.

It’s a great way to help you connect with your daughter and help you to understand how she's feeling while giving you the tools to show her how to deal with new emotions. It's been lovely to sit and chat about things and how she's feeling and get her to think about things to do with gratitude etc.

Through using the subscription box, my daughter knows I care and she feels listened to. I thought she would open it then forget about it but she loves it and uses the journal everyday. The Happy Thoughts Squad is a toolkit in times of need to help move from temporary negative feelings.
